At AquaTru, we want you to be completely satisfied with your water purification system. If you are not happy with your purchase, you can return your product within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price.
Initiate Your Return
Contact our customer support team via email or phone to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and receive the return shipping address.
Package Your Item
Carefully pack the AquaTru unit and all original accessories in the original packaging to ensure the product is protected during transit.
Ship the Product
Clearly write your RMA number on the outside of the box and ship the package using a trackable carrier of your choice to our designated return center.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects the returned unit, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
