We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your AquaTru system, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, minus shipping costs.
How often do I need to replace the filters?
Filter life varies by usage and local water quality, but typically the pre-filter and VOC filter last 6-12 months, while the Reverse Osmosis membrane lasts up to two years.
